It is possible to set up top limit value and bottom limit value of the load for each point, and monitor workload and load fluctuation. Also, stopping the press at the same time is possible.

Should a workload or a load fluctuation occur, such histories of maximum 100 cases can be recorded, which can be a help in investigating causes of abnormal overload.

Synchronous Control
  Possible to use multiple sets of press machines as one machine
The sides of the body frame do not have projections and are of flat structure; therefore, side-to-side installation of multiple sets of press machines is possible. Moreover, it can be used as one set of press machines by digitally controlled synchronous operation peculiar to the AC Servo Motor. For instance, such a flexible layout as putting six 2000kN presses in order into a progressive or transfer line of a combined 12000kN press is possible. Also toward the future, layout change will enable to convert to the press line system with processing capability matching the needs.
